On October 5th, 2023, I had the privilege of joining the KSTU family and began my official tenure with the organization. My employment continued until June 7th, 2024.
Working with the KSTU family was an honor. During my time with the organization, I contributed to its growth through various research studies conducted under the university’s name (relevant documents are attached). Additionally, I collaborated on developing and enhancing an automated system for preparing Condition Acceptance Letters (CAL) and Final Acceptance Letters (FAL). This system was crucial for meeting the organization’s needs. After several improvements and updates, we achieved our goal, and the application was introduced to the relevant personnel for official use. The development of this application took approximately 1-2 months and significantly streamlined the preparation and distribution of thousands of CAL and FAL documents, aligning with the organization’s requirements.
These efforts were in addition to my regular office duties and studies. My primary goal was the overall improvement and growth of the organization. Consequently, I often worked from home and remained available outside of regular office hours when necessary.
